A Faribault woman faces multiple drug charges after police executed two search warrants at her home over the last three weeks.
34-year-old Heather Oldeen has two separate cases filed against her in Rice County District Court.
She is charged with second degree possession of meth with intent to sell, third degree possession of meth, and fifth degree possession of drugs, all felonies, as well as gross misdemeanor check forgery, misdemeanor receiving stolen property, and petty misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Oldeen is being held in the Rice County Jail. If convicted of the most serious charge against her in either case, Oldeen faces three to 40 years in prison, up to a $500,000 fine or both.
