Le Center man faces felony charges for break-in and burglary 19 Aug 11

A Le Center man, already implicated in another burglary charge, is a suspect in a series of break-ins at the Mexican Delights Store in Le Center.

According to documents filed at the Le Sueur County courthouse, in the early morning hours of July 13 an unknown male subject forced entry to Mexican Delights and stole approximately $1,000 in cash. Surveillance camera photographs showed identified the man as Joshua Lee Bauleke.

During an investigation of another burglary at Lyle’s Welding Shop in Le Center last month, authorities were told Bauleke had discussed occasionally breaking into Mexican Delights.

Bauleke was charged earlier this month with burglary in the third degree and theft in relation to the Mexican Delights incident. Both charges are felonies and carry a maximum sentence of five years in jail, a $10,000 fine, or both.
