After months of detours, County Road 101 in Shakopee will officially re-open Thursday.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the northwest corner of the Marschall Road intersection, near Perkins Restaurant.
There is a little more work to do to complete the reconstruction project, which replaced approximately one mile of roadway, sidewalks and sewer lines. Street poles must still be installed along the road, but the traffic light at Marschall Road is expected to be turned on Wednesday.
