Investigation leads to child porn charge for Carver man 11 Oct 11

A Carver man was arrested by FBI Agents last week for a felony child pornography charge, according to a Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Minneapolis Field Office.

Randy Anderson was charged Oct. 6 with one count of production of child pornography, and was arrested at his Carver home Oct. 7.

On July 25, 2011, as part of a separate child pornography investigation, the FBI became aware of an Internet account which was being used to distribute child pornography. Investigators learned that the account and several image files were subscribed to Anderson.

The United States Attorney’s Office, District of Minnesota, is prosecuting the matter.
