An 18-year-old Kasota man who went on a midweek ATV romp through town is now facing several criminal charges.
On September 28 at approximately 10:08 p.m., Le Sueur County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of an ATV driving through several yards in Kasota. Several people told officers they saw a four-wheeler with no lights and loud exhaust. One man told deputies he approached the ATV, but it drove towards him and hit him.
Tyler Michael Cluka was detained on October 3 and charged with assault, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and four other charges, each of which charges carries a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail and/or a $1,000 fine.
A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 8.
