Hilario Marquez, 42, was working on a 2003 Saturn in his driveway when the vehicle slid off its blocks.
Faribault Police Chief Dan Collins said Marquez was working on the vehicle alone and was not able to yell for help. Collins said he doesn’t know who found Marquez and called 911.
Neighbors pulled the car off Marquez and provided CPR before law enforcement and rescue workers arrived.
Marquez was pronounced dead at the scene.
