Awesome Oatmeal Breakfast to Go

  • Buy your favorite steel cut oats from the organic section of your grocery store.
  • Cook 2 Cups of oats according to package directions. Add brown sugar/sugar/splenda – or your favorite sweetener.
  • Set aside and allow to cool.

Prepare various fruits and/or nuts by cutting into small pieces such as bananas, apples, peaches, frozen fruit, pecans, walnuts)

In a small freezer safe bag add small amount of fruit/nuts and 1/2 C of cooked Oats. Seal bags and freeze.

For a quick breakfast, empty bag contents into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy with added milk or cream. YUM!

 

Quick on the Go Breakfast

  • Hard Boiled Egg
  • 3 slices of canadian Bacon
  • 1 slice of cheese

Assemble the night before into a ziploc bag – grab on your way out the door in the morning.

 

English Muffin Breakfast

Toast English Muffin

Fry Egg on both sides – sprinkle 1 Tbs of Real Bacon Bits after flipping egg and top with a slice of cheese.

Once Cheese has melted, load everything on your toasted English Muffin and Enjoy.
