MINNEAPOLIS (AP) – A Florida man is accused of secretly taping men using a restroom at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
Thirty-four-year-old Joshua Fletcher of Valrico, Fla., is charged with two gross misdemeanors of interference with privacy. Fletcher allegedly had a book with a hole in it to store a digital camera.
Metropolitan Airports Commission spokesman Pat Hogan tells WCCO-TV that a traveler alerted airport police that he had been filmed in a bathroom in the mall area of Terminal 1.
Police found Fletcher as he was waiting for a flight to Florida.
Fletcher’s lawyer, Marsh Halberg, tells KARE-TV he is reviewing the evidence.
Fletcher was released from custody Wednesday. His next court appearance is in April.
