Man’s body pulled from Mississippi River 26 Jan 12

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) – The Ramsey County medical examiner’s office is working to identify the person whose body was found in the Mississippi River in St. Paul.

Police say someone spotted the body Wednesday afternoon and called authorities. The St. Paul Pioneer Press says the St. Paul fire department deployed its air boat on the river. Firefighters, wearing special gear, waded in and recovered the body.
