Farmington man arrested for criminal sexual conduct against children 05 Mar 12

A Farmington man is facing multiple criminal sexual conduct charges in connection with at least four incidents in which he attempted to lure children or exposed himself to them.

Adam Eugene Berg, 30, has been charged with two counts of Attempted Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree, a felony, and two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fifth Degree.

According to Dakota County Attorney Jim Backstrom, Berg exposed himself to children and asked if they wanted to touch him on two occasions. Two other incidents occurred in late February, in which Berg approached children and showed them pictures of pornography on his phone.

Bail is set at $30,000 dollars and Berg’s next court appearance is scheduled for April 2.
