A Prior Lake resident won $20,000 on Mystic Lake Drive without setting foot in the casino.

Toby Ferrier bought a winning scratch game ticket at the Shakopee Dakota C-Store in Prior Lake. He bought the winning Pink Panther ticket on March 30 and claimed his prize at lottery headquarters last week.
