MINNEAPOLIS (AP) – Amy Senser’s 14-year-old daughter and her former best friend say Senser was lost the night of a fatal hit-and-run in Minneapolis.
Hannah Senser took the stand Thursday at her mother’s criminal vehicular homicide trial. She was among four girls at a Katy Perry concert in St. Paul the night of Aug. 23, when prosecutors say Amy Senser struck and killed a 38-year-old man.
The Star Tribune (http://bit.ly/IALZRx) reports Hannah said she could not reach her mother. Fifteen-year-old Madeline Hare finally got through to her and said she was “just lost.”
Senser’s husband, former Viking Joe Senser. picked the girls up. When they got home they found Amy Senser on the porch.
Hare testified that Hannah said maybe her mother had been drinking, but Hannah denied saying that on the stand.
