The Twins returned following consecutive rainouts to take down the Yankees on Thursday night at George M. Steinbrenner Field. Drew Butera’s bases-clearing double highlighted a five-run fourth inning off David Phelps as the Twins got the 5-1 win. Twins right-hander Liam Hendricks limited the Yankees to a single unearned run and one hit over four innings. He also walked two and struck out two in his sixth start of the spring. The Twins and Yankees will be back at it again tonight for a rematch at Hammond Stadium in Fort Myers, Florida with the first pitch scheduled for 12:05 pm CT.
